Description

American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Med/Surg position in Gadsden, AL, requiring at least 1 year of experience and an active AL or Compact RN license.

Details

Med/Surg unit (Floor 6) in a hospital setting
Day shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
Required to work every other weekend
Patient ratio of 6:1
Cerner EMR experience preferred
13-week contract

Requirements

Active AL or Compact RN license required
Current BLS certification required (must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start)
Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg RN experience required
No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
Valid US driver's license required
US Social Security Number required

Additional Information

Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible for this position
Time-off requests must be less than 1 week in duration
