Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN for a night shift travel position in Maine, requiring a minimum of 3 years of med/surg experience and active ME or compact RN licensure.
Details
- Medical-Surgical unit in a hospital setting, covering adult med/surg and orthopedic patients
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
- Every other weekend required
- No block scheduling
- No on-call requirements
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active ME or compact RN license currently in hand
- Minimum 3 years of medical/surgical nursing experience required
- Required certifications: BLS/BCLS and ACLS
- Previous med/surg experience is mandatory — no exceptions
Additional Information
- Telemetry experience is preferred
- Flu vaccine is mandated by the State of Maine and required for this position
