Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of Home Health experience for a 13-week travel contract in California.

Details

Home Health setting with a caseload of approximately 4-5 patients per day (5 weighted visits per day)
Day shift schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
13-week contract

Requirements

Current CA Physical Therapist license required (license required if applicable)
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Home Health PT
Valid CA driver's license and active auto insurance required
BLS certification preferred
Two supervisor references obtained within the past year required for consideration
Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rate

Additional Information

Candidates who have previously worked at this facility must have been away for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
Only one holiday RTO request will be approved for the duration of the contract
