Description
American Traveler is hiring an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer for an outpatient cardiology diagnostic setting in Northern California, requiring at least 1 year of experience and ARDMS or CCI RCS certification.
Details
- Outpatient cardiology diagnostic center setting in Eureka, CA
- Daily caseload of approximately 8 patients per tech
- 5x8 day shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Travelers may be required to float between facilities within the state of California
- Local candidates are accepted for this position
- Epic EMR experience required
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of echo/cardiac sonography experience; 2+ years preferred
- Active BLS certification required
- ARDMS or CCI RCS certification required; both preferred
- CCI and RDCS certifications preferred
- Epic EMR proficiency required
- Professional license required if applicable
- Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
- RTO requests must be disclosed at time of submission, as post-offer requests may be denied
