Description

American Traveler is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist with at least 2 years of experience for a contract position in a hospital-based physical therapy department in Nogales, AZ.

Details

• Hospital-based Physical Therapy department setting
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 13-week contract, 40 hours per week
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Active SLP license (license required if applicable)
• Current BLS certification
• Social Security number (full SSN preferred; last 4 digits acceptable)
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• Date of birth required for consideration
• One reference required for consideration

Additional Information

• Self-scheduling is not available; candidates must be open to working any day of the week
• Requested time off (RTO) should not exceed 7 days for the duration of the contract
• Candidates who have previously worked for Tenet Healthcare as a permanent employee must obtain MSP approval prior to consideration
