Description

American Traveler is hiring a Travel CT Technologist for a night shift position requiring 2+ years of CT experience, including trauma and stroke imaging.

Details

• Work in a CT Radiology department within a 540-bed acute care hospital
• Emergency patient population, including trauma and stroke cases
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Equipment includes Philips and Siemens CT scanners
• Epic EMR
• 3x12 hour night shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 2 call shifts required per week
• Float requirement: call coverage within scope

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent CT experience required
• Current BLS, ARRT, and ISDH licensure required
• Experience with trauma and stroke imaging required
• IV skills preferred
• Must be able to work independently and adapt to a flexible work environment
• A US SSN is required for consideration
• Active license required if applicable
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Perform CT imaging for emergency patients, including trauma and stroke cases
• Candidates within a 50-mile radius of the facility are eligible to apply
• Grey scrubs required; hooded jackets are not permitted
• EKG testing is required as part of the consideration process — candidates are allowed 2 attempts; if unsuccessful, reapplication to this facility is permitted after 30 days
