Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position at a Level 1 Trauma Center in Michigan, requiring TNCC certification and a minimum of 2 years of recent ER experience.

Details

• Emergency Department (ER) unit in a hospital setting
• Level 1 Trauma Center experience strongly recommended
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday coverage required as needed by the unit
• No on-call responsibilities
• No floating required
• Block scheduling is not available for this assignment

Requirements

• Active Michigan RN license required
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), and TNCC
• Preferred certifications: ENPC, NIH Stroke Scale, and CPI
• Minimum 2 years of recent emergency department experience preferred
• Level 1 Trauma Center experience strongly recommended

Additional Information

• Preferred certifications (ENPC, NIH Stroke Scale, CPI) are a plus but not required
• Must be clocked in and ready for report at the start of each scheduled shift
• Holiday time-off requests cannot be guaranteed
