Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with Epic experience for a night shift position at a critical access hospital in Washington State.

Details

• Critical access hospital setting with 25 total staffed beds
• Respiratory therapy unit with potential to float to a sister facility approximately 30 minutes away
• Patient ratio of 1:3
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• Block scheduling required
• On-call not required
• Charting via Epic (experience required)
• Scrubs of any color are acceptable
• No parking fees at this facility

Requirements

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Washington State respiratory therapy license required (must be in hand at time of consideration)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an RRT
• Epic EMR experience required
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• All travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Local candidates are accepted for this position
• Minimal RTO is expected; any requested time off should be disclosed prior to submission, as post-offer RTO requests may be denied
• This is a non-teaching, critical access facility with no trauma designation
