Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift ICU travel position in Hot Springs, AR, requiring a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience and AHA certifications.

Details

• Hospital ICU setting with 16 beds serving adult patients (18 years and older)
• Cardiovascular ICU with connections to cardiac catheterization labs, cardiac rehab, and outpatient therapy departments
• Patient ratio of 2:1
• Equipment includes IV pumps and ventilators
• EMR: Meditech
• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 36 hours per week
• Weekends required as needed
• On-call responsibilities required
• Floating required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active AR or Compact RN license required
• Current AHA certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
• Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates and consideration

Additional Information

• Provides critical care nursing to adult ICU patients with a focus on cardiovascular and general critical care diagnoses
• Royal blue scrubs required
• No holiday RTO accepted
• Candidates must not have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Candidates may not be employed full-time elsewhere during the assignment
