Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Medical/Surgical position requiring 2 years of experience and prior travel nursing experience, working an alternating 36/48-hour weekly schedule of day shifts.

Details

• Medical/Surgical unit in a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Alternating 36/48-hour workweeks (3x12 and 4x12 shifts)
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active TX RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• 2 supervisor references from within the last 3 years required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 110 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
• Facility conducts its own drug screen upon arrival, including marijuana; a positive result results in automatic cancellation with no exceptions
• Candidates should avoid any substances that could result in a positive drug screen prior to and upon arrival, including CBD products
