Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg Tele position on a 48-bed adult unit with night shift availability and a required NC or compact RN license.
Details
- 48-bed adult Med/Surg unit in a hospital setting
- Patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:6 with approximately 3–4 admits per day
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts
- 36 hours per week, 3 days per week
- Every other weekend (EOW) required
- Every other holiday (EOH) required
- May be placed on standby 1 shift per pay period if census drops
Requirements
- Active NC RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC required
- NIHSS certification required
- CPI-A certification required
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
- Nursing Diploma or ADN/ASN from an accredited school of nursing required; BSN or MSN preferred
