Description

American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist with at least 1 year of experience in screening, diagnostic, digital, and 3D mammography for an outpatient imaging center in Virginia.

Details

• Outpatient imaging center specializing in women's imaging
• Mammography unit performing screening, diagnostic, digital, and 3D mammography procedures
• Variable daily caseload
• Monday through Thursday shifts from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Friday shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (5x8-hour day shifts)
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• No floating within or to sister facilities required
• Charting via Epic
• Equipment includes Hologic DBT and Hologic DEXA (required), with GE, Siemens, Philips, and Samsung Ultrasound experience preferred

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of mammography experience required
• Experience with screening, diagnostic, digital, and 3D mammography techniques required
• Proficiency with PACS system required
• Outpatient imaging experience required
• Hologic DBT and Hologic DEXA equipment experience required
• Current BLS, ARRT, and ARRT Advanced certification required
• Virginia state license required if applicable
• 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
