Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with 2+ years of outpatient experience for a 13-week travel contract, specializing in orthopedic, neurological, and balance/gait conditions.

Details

• Outpatient physical therapy setting treating adult patients
• Patient diagnoses include orthopedic conditions, Parkinson's disease, stroke, MS, and gait/balance dysfunction
• Caseload of at least 9 patients per day
• Day shift schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• No call, weekend, or holiday shifts
• Uses Epic EMR; experience required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience required
• NJ PT license required if applicable
• Current BLS certification required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must be fully vaccinated including COVID booster
• Adult outpatient experience with neurological and orthopedic populations required

Additional Information

• Two current professional references required for consideration
• Any color scrubs accepted
• First-time travelers will be considered
• RTO requests must be submitted at the time of application
• A skills checklist specific to outpatient PT will be required for consideration
• Candidates may be issued an RTLS badge upon arrival, which requires signing a facility attestation
