Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with 2+ years of experience for a night shift travel assignment at a Level III Trauma, Joint Commission Accredited community hospital in Lake Havasu City, AZ.

Details

• Work in the Respiratory Therapy department of a 171-bed community hospital and regional referral center
• Level III Trauma Center and Certified Chest Pain Center
• Joint Commission Accredited facility
• Night shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• Floating may be required within a 25-mile radius of the facility
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active Arizona Respiratory Therapist (RT) license required
• Current certifications required: BLS, PALS, NRP, and NBRC
• AHA certifications required
• Minimum 1–2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Located in Lake Havasu City, AZ — a scenic outdoor recreation destination near Las Vegas (2.5 hrs), Phoenix (3.25 hrs), and the Grand Canyon (3.5 hrs)
• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel assignment
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates who are employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible
• First-time travelers will be considered for this position
