Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position in Rocky Mount, NC, requiring telemetry experience and active NC or compact RN licensure.
Details
- Hospital-based Med/Surg Telemetry unit (NGH MTSU)
- PM shift, 12-hour shifts
- 13-week contract
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- Floating to COVID unit as needed
Requirements
- Active NC or compact RN license required
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications required (completed within the past year)
- Med/Surg with telemetry experience required
- Two professional references covering at least one year of employment within the last three years required for consideration
- SSN required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provides nursing care to the general Med/Surg Telemetry patient population
- Candidates must permanently reside 50 or more miles from the facility to be eligible for travel pay rates
- No on-call responsibilities
