Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position requiring telemetry background and a minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg experience.

Details

• Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:30 (12.5-hour shifts)
• 13-week contract
• Med/Surg unit in a hospital setting
• Telemetry monitoring required, including the ability to read telemetry
• Epic EMR used
• Floating may be required within skill set, both within the facility and to sites within 40 miles

Requirements

• Active WI RN license or a valid Compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification (AHA only)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience required
• Telemetry reading experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of Driver's License required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide medical/surgical nursing care with telemetry monitoring responsibilities
• Every-other-weekend (EOW) and every-other-holiday (EOH) rotation required
• Artificial or acrylic nails are not permitted; natural nails must be kept short (under 1/4 inch)
