Description
American Traveler is seeking a PT or PTA for a 13-week SNF assignment at a hospital-based skilled nursing facility in Texas, with day shifts and no call or weekend requirements.
Details
- Hospital-based setting providing primarily skilled nursing care with occasional outpatient treatment
- Day shift schedule, 5x8s, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- No call or weekend requirements
- 13-week contract with possibility of extension
Requirements
- Open to both PT and PTA candidates
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
- Active Texas PT license required; pending licensure considered
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
- License required if applicable
