Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced travel RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring a MA RN license, telemetry experience, and a minimum of 3 years of MS/Tele background.
Details
- 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM, 36 hours per week
- Work on the Wheeler 5 Med/Surg Telemetry unit
- Every other weekend required
- Every other holiday required, with July 4th being a mandatory workday
- Floating possible to similar units
- No on-call responsibilities
- Meditech EMR in use
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required and must be in hand at time of consideration
- Current BLS certification required (ARC or AHA accepted)
- Minimum 3 years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
- Telemetry experience required
- Meditech EMR experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Two professional references required for consideration
Additional Information
- Telemetry competency test administered on the first day of orientation
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are eligible but will be considered at a local rate
- 13-week assignment
