Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Inpatient Rehabilitation (IRF) position at a dedicated acute rehab hospital in Clive, IA, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and an Iowa or Compact RN license.

Details

• Inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital setting with a 50-bed facility dedicated to severe injury and illness recovery
• Rehab Nursing IRF unit serving patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
• Day shift schedule: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Every other weekend required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active Iowa or Compact RN license required
• AHA certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provides individualized, intensive rehabilitation care as part of a comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation program
• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• Must not have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Cannot be employed full-time elsewhere during the assignment
