Description
American Traveler is hiring an Inpatient Occupational Therapist with experience in adult acute rehab, neuro, ICU, and cardiovascular settings, with Epic proficiency preferred.
Details
- Day shift position, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week (0800–1630, with optional 7:30 or 8:30 start times)
- Inpatient hospital setting
- Patient population includes adult acute rehab, neurological, ICU, and cardiovascular cases
- Epic EMR experience is requested; Cerner experience is a plus
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted OT license in the state of practice required (license required if applicable)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the submitted specialty, with recent experience within the last 3 months
- BLS certification required (American Heart Association)
- Experience in adult acute rehab, neuro, ICU, and/or cardiovascular settings required
- 2 supervisory references required — one from within the past year and one from within the past two years
- All employment gaps of 1 month or longer must be documented and explained
Additional Information
- Candidates with a prior hit on their license will not be considered
- RTO is limited to no more than 5 days for the duration of the contract
