Description

American Traveler is hiring an ED RN for a Critical Access Hospital position in Granby, CO, requiring TNCC certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience, with night shift and on-call responsibilities.

Details

• Critical Access Hospital (CAH) Emergency Department setting
• Covers both the Granby and Kremmling EDs, with potential coverage in Fraser, CO as needed
• Trauma Level IV facility
• Night shift schedule: three 12-hour shifts per week plus two call shifts
• On-call shifts are required
• Holiday coverage is required

Requirements

• Active CO or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current certifications required: BLS/BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC
• Minimum 2 years of ED RN experience required
• Critical Access Hospital (CAH) experience is preferred
• DOB and SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating patient care from admission to discharge in the ED
• Care delivery follows accepted standards and protocols including ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ATLS, and CEN guidelines
• Responsible for achieving patient outcomes through implementation of clinical pathways
• All time-off requests must be disclosed during the interview process
• Shared housing may be available within 30 miles of the facility at an inclusive rate; no smoking, no pets, and no families or partners permitted in shared housing
• 13-week contract
