Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a 13-week travel contract in Tyler, TX, with ACLS/BLS certifications and a minimum of 1-2 years of ICU experience required.

Details

• Medical-Surgical ICU unit in a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Epic EMR system used; experience preferred

Requirements

• Active TX RN license or compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• 1-2 years of ICU experience required
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration

Additional Information

• Charcoal grey scrubs required
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this position
• Candidates residing in the following TX counties are not eligible: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris
• Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
• No more than 3 days of RTO will be auto-approved; no RTO during the first week of orientation
• Travel pairs or groups will not be accepted for this position
