Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring prior travel experience and AWHONN certification, working 3x12 night shifts.
Details
- Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Epic EMR used; experience preferred
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active TX or Compact RN license currently in hand
- Minimum 2 years of L&D nursing experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced)
- Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
Additional Information
- No travel pairs or groups accepted
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible
- Candidates residing in the following TX counties are not eligible: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, or Morris
- Former permanent staff must have been separated for at least 1 year before being eligible to return as a traveler
- RTO is limited to no more than 3 days and will not be approved during the first week of orientation
