Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Operating Room position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience, Epic proficiency, and on-call availability with a 30-minute response requirement.

• Hospital-based Operating Room setting
• Night shift schedule: 5x8-hour shifts (10:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
• On-call required with a 30-minute response time
• Weekend availability required as needed
• Holiday coverage required as needed
• Floating required as needed
• Epic EMR experience required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active PA or Compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR required
• Must be able to respond on-site within 30 minutes when on call
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

• Manager interview is required as part of the selection process
• May be assigned to care for COVID-positive patients
