Description

American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Med/Surg position in Alabama, requiring a valid AL or compact RN license and at least 1 year of Med/Surg experience.

Details

• Med/Surg unit (Floor 6) in a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
• Every other weekend required
• Patient ratio of 6:1
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active AL or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg RN experience required
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• All certifications must remain active through at least the first 30 days of the assignment

Additional Information

• Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible for this position
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week in duration
• Local candidates are not accepted for this position
