Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Acute Inpatient Rehab Unit position in Texas, requiring a TX or compact RN license and experience in a rehabilitation setting.

• 16-bed Acute Rehabilitation Unit in a hospital setting
• Nurse-to-patient ratio of 6:1
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (18:45–07:15)

Requirements

• Active TX or Compact RN license required
• 2 supervisor references from within the last 3 years of employment required for consideration
• Rehab or acute inpatient rehabilitation nursing experience required

Additional Information

• The facility conducts its own drug screen upon arrival, including testing for marijuana — a positive result results in automatic cancellation with no exceptions
• Candidates should avoid any substances that could result in a positive drug screen prior to arrival, including CBD products
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this position
