Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg travel assignment in Florence, AL, requiring a minimum of 5 years of med/surg experience and an AL or compact RN license.

Details

• 18-bed Med/Surg unit serving adult and geriatric patients
• Patient ratio of 1:6
• Day shift (7a-7p) and night shift (7p-7a) positions available
• 13-week contract
• Rotating weekend requirement
• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating required
• EMR: Meditech

Requirements

• Active AL or compact RN license required
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• Minimum 5 years of med/surg experience required
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Royal blue scrubs required
• Candidates must not have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Candidates must not be employed full-time elsewhere during this assignment
• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel position
