Description
American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with 2+ years of NMT experience, including cardiology, for a 13-week travel contract in the Mt. Clemens, MI area.
Details
- Outpatient clinic setting with rotation between two office locations in Mt. Clemens and Waterford, MI
- Monday through Friday day shifts, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- No weekend or on-call requirements
- Uses Cerner, 4DM, and Synapse EMR systems
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) experience required
- Cardiology experience required
- NMTCB certification required
- BLS (AHA) preferred
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic imaging or treatment, operating specialized imaging equipment, ensuring radiation safety, maintaining equipment, and documenting procedures
- Collaborates with physicians to support diagnosis and patient care
- Solid color scrubs required, no printed patterns
- Candidates residing within 35 miles of the facility are considered local travelers and may be subject to a reduced travel pay rate
- No more than 5 days of RTO may be requested for this assignment
- Copies of all certifications must be included for consideration
