Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position in Iowa, requiring an active IA or compact RN license along with ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications.

Details

  • Position is in a hospital Emergency Department
  • Night shift schedule: 18:30–07:00
  • 13-week contract
  • Every third weekend required
  • Holiday coverage required for Labor Day
  • Varied shift start times may apply

Requirements

  • Active IA RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
  • Required certifications: BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS (American Heart Association), and PALS or ENPC
  • Additional certifications may be required: NRP, TNCC, ENPC, NIHSS, and CPI
  • COVID vaccination card required for consideration
  • Two professional references required for consideration

  • Local candidates are accepted for this position
  • License verification must be dated within 30 days of start date; NURSYS verification preferred where available
