Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PACU position requiring Epic proficiency, pediatric experience, and an active Oregon RN license.
Details
- PACU setting with floating responsibilities between PACU and Short Stay Unit throughout the shift
- Pediatric patient population included — pediatric experience is a firm requirement
- Epic EMR — experience required
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00–07:30
- Weekend availability required per unit needs
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active Oregon RN license required — no pending licenses accepted
- Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
- Minimum 2 years of PACU or Short Stay RN experience required
- Pediatric nursing experience required (hard requirement — no exceptions)
- Epic EMR experience required
- Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible — proof of address required
Additional Information
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
- Local candidates within a 75-mile radius of the facility are not eligible
- RTO is limited to a maximum of 7 days for the duration of the 13-week assignment — all time-off requests must be submitted upfront
- 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
- Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
