Description

American Traveler is hiring a Chemo Certified Oncology RN for an outpatient hematology/oncology clinic in Porter Ranch, CA, requiring 2-3 years of outpatient oncology experience and an active CA RN license.

Details

Outpatient hematology/oncology clinic setting in Porter Ranch, CA
Monday through Friday day shift schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break
5x8-hour shifts per week
No weekend or on-call requirements
Floating is not required, though this may change based on clinic needs
Charting is performed in Epic

Requirements

Active CA RN license required
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
ONS (Oncology Nursing Society) chemotherapy certification required
Minimum 2-3 years of outpatient oncology nursing experience required
At least one prior travel assignment required — first-time travelers will not be considered

Additional Information

Provide chemotherapy and hematology/oncology nursing care in an outpatient clinic environment
Dark blue scrubs are required
13-week assignment
