Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg position on a night shift schedule, requiring 2 years of experience and an active TX or compact RN license.

Details

• Med/Surg unit on the 2nd floor of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 1900–0730 (12-hour shifts)
• Must be available to work any day of the week — no self-scheduling
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) — Prevention First certification required (30-minute on-demand video, approx. $25 cost); available at crisisprevention.com/our-programs/prevention-first
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience required
• SSN (full preferred; last 4 accepted), driver's license, and DOB required for consideration
• One reference required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates
• RTO requests should not exceed 7 days for the duration of the contract
• Candidates who have previously worked for Tenet Healthcare as a permanent employee must obtain MSP approval prior to consideration
