Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel MRI Technologist for a 26-week assignment at an academic medical center in Boston, MA, requiring ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification and availability for both weekday and weekend shifts.

Details

• Work setting is an inpatient hospital MRI department
• Schedule consists of 3x12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, including weekday and weekend hours
• No on-call requirements
• Charting is performed in Epic
• 26-week contract

Requirements

• ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification required
• Current BLS certification required (AHA only; no Red Cross accepted for this location)
• Active MA license required at time of consideration; no conditional or pending licenses accepted
• MRI experience preferred
• 2 professional references required for consideration
• Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions are accepted
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Local candidates with a permanent residence within 60 miles of the facility are eligible but will receive a reduced pay rate
• No validated parking is available at the Boston location; public parking is available at candidate's expense, with daily rates typically ranging from $17–$22
• Timekeeping is managed through UKG/Kronos
