Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring dual proficiency in Epic and Cerner, with night shift availability and a California RN license.

• Labor & Delivery (L&D) unit in a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM), and Advanced NRP
• Minimum 2 years of L&D specialty experience required, with active practice in the specialty within the past 3 months
• Epic experience required, with a minimum of 6 months of Epic use within the last 12 months
• Cerner experience required; proficiency in both Epic and Cerner is expected
• Active, unrestricted RN license with no prior license hits
• Two supervisor references required: one from within the past year and one from within the past two years

Additional Information

• This position is associated with an Epic conversion and dual EMR proficiency is essential
• No RTO (time off requests) will be considered — candidates with more than 5 days of RTO will not be eligible
