Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Critical Care Unit (ICU) position requiring at least 2 years of ICU experience and the ability to care for ICU/IMC and Med/Surg patients in an acuity adaptable setting.

Details

• Acuity adaptable Critical Care Unit serving ICU, IMC, and Med/Surg patient populations
• Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:30
• 13-week contract
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required
• Floating required within skill set to other units onsite or to facilities within 40 miles

Requirements

• Active WI RN license or compact RN license required
• Current AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required (Group A updated yearly; Groups B–F updated every 2 years)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Ability to care for ICU, IMC, and Med/Surg patients in an acuity adaptable environment
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a valid US home address
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
• Full DOB and full SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Artificial or acrylic nails are not permitted; natural nails must be kept short (under 1/4 inch)
• Local candidates are welcome to apply; candidates residing within the facility's radius may be eligible at a reduced pay rate
• COVID vaccination is not required for this position
