Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a 13-week LTC/SNF travel assignment in a post-acute care setting, requiring a ND or compact RN license and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Details

• Long-term care and skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting in a post-acute care environment
• Day shift, 12-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Rotating schedule with every other weekend and holiday required
• Computerized charting system in use (specific EMR not listed)
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active ND or compact RN license, must be in hand at time of consideration — pending licensure not accepted
• BSN required
• Current BLS certification required — copies of active certifications required; pending certifications not accepted
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in LTC/SNF required — no exceptions
• Valid driver's license required
• 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, each including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 80 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates; local candidates are accepted at a different rate
