Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with inpatient/subacute experience for a 13-week inpatient rehab assignment working day shifts in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Details

• Inpatient rehab unit with a mix of inpatient, swing bed, and outpatient patients
• Primary focus on orthopedics with additional caseload including geriatrics, pediatrics, and vestibular patients
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours (8:00–16:30)
• No call, weekend, or holiday requirements
• Floating between inpatient and outpatient settings
• Charting performed in Redoc EMR
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required, with emphasis on inpatient and subacute settings
• Ability to treat in both inpatient and outpatient settings required
• Active PT license required by start date; pending license accepted if applicable
• Redoc EMR experience preferred
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of orthopedic, geriatric, pediatric, and vestibular patients across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Teal scrubs or business casual attire required
