Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a PACU position requiring ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications with a minimum of 2 years of PACU experience.
Details
- Position is based in a PACU unit within a hospital setting
- Day shift schedule available as either 5x8s (8:00–16:30) or 4x10s (8:00–18:30), with 4x10s preferred
- Block scheduling can be accommodated
- 13-week contract
- No on-call requirements
- No floating to other floors required
- Epic EMR used
Requirements
- Active LA or compact RN license currently in hand
- Current AHA certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Minimum 2 years of PACU experience required
- First-time travelers may be considered only with extensive PACU experience and Epic proficiency
- Must reside 65+ miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
Additional Information
- By accepting this assignment, you agree to participate in an Emergency Team if assigned by your unit manager, which may require remaining on-site or serving on a relief team during emergency events
- RTO requests must be disclosed and discussed during the interview process
- Holiday coverage expectations may apply per facility policy
