Description
American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel contract in a hospital radiology department, requiring 1+ year of MRI experience and active NY licensure.
Details
- Hospital radiology department setting
- Primary shift is 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with potential for variable shifts
- 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
- 13-week contract
- No on-call required
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of MRI experience
- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology
- ARRT registration in MRI (MR)
- Current BLS certification
- Active NY state license required if applicable
- Knowledge of general anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Must maintain all registries and licenses required by state and federal law
- Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible
Additional Information
- Two references from a Charge RN, Supervisor, or Manager are required for consideration — references must be from within the past year and within the MRI specialty
