Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of experience, including 1 year in home health, for a travel assignment in Hawaii.

Details

Home health setting serving patients in their place of residence
Productivity expectation of 25 points per week
Uses Homecare Home Base EMR and OASIS documentation — experience with both required

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of PT experience required
Minimum 1 year of home health PT experience required
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
Active Hawaii state PT license required — license required if applicable
BLS (AHA) and CPR certifications required
Proficiency with Homecare Home Base and OASIS required
Travel experience preferred

Additional Information

Mileage reimbursed at $0.43 per mile
RTO requests are limited to no more than 5 days for this assignment
