Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient assignment in Bothell, WA, with outpatient experience preferred and an active WA or Compact license required.

Outpatient physical therapy setting
Schedule is 4x10-hour day shifts, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
13-week contract

Requirements

Active WA state or Compact PT license required at time of consideration; license required if applicable
Outpatient PT experience preferred
Current BLS certification (standard requirement)

Additional Information

2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required
Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required
All time-off and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at the time of consideration
