Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with critical care experience and Servo I ventilator proficiency for a 13-week night shift contract.

Details

• Hospital-based respiratory therapy unit
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• No call required
• Block scheduling cannot be accommodated
• Devices used include: Servo I ventilators, V60 + BiPAP, Teleflex heated high flow system, Smart Best high frequency chest wall oscillator, and ResMed AirCurve 10 BiPAP

Requirements

• Active RRT credential with current NBRC certification
• Current MO RRT State License (license required if applicable)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in critical care respiratory therapy
• Experience with invasive and non-invasive ventilator management required
• Servo I ventilator experience required
• Experience with ABG draws
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Two professional references required for consideration
• PDF copies of Driver's License and Social Security Card required for consideration

Additional Information

• Must be proficient and fully comfortable performing intubations
