Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a 13-week night shift travel contract with a rotating 36/48-hour weekly schedule.

Details

• ICU setting within a hospital environment
• Night shift schedule rotating between 3x12-hour shifts (36 hrs) one week and 4x12-hour shifts (48 hrs) the next, running 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active WV or compact RN license required and must be in hand at time of consideration — no exceptions
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Current certifications required (copies needed for consideration)
• Valid Driver's License with address matching permanent residence required for consideration
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• 2 professional references required: at least 1 Charge Nurse or higher and 1 supervisor, both completed within the last year

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
• Rotating 36/48-hour weekly schedule is a firm requirement; inability to accept this schedule may result in cancellation
• Up to 7 days of RTO may be considered, but must be disclosed upfront — no changes will be accepted after submission
• Must be available to work at least one major or one minor holiday during the contract
• Travelers who have worked within the ARH system for one year must take a minimum 6-month break before being eligible to return
• Travel pairs are accepted on a limited basis; paired travelers will not be placed on the same shift or unit
