Description
American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist with at least 1 year of experience for a 13-week travel assignment at an acute care hospital, with weekend availability required.
Details
- Acute care hospital setting with 266 staffed beds, located beachside
- Mammography unit
- 5x8 hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Every other Saturday rotation from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM is required
- Charting via Epic (experience required)
- Local candidates are accepted
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Mammography experience required
- Current BLS, ARRT, and CRT certifications required
- Active state license required at time of consideration (license required if applicable)
- Epic EMR experience required
- Pending licenses are not accepted
- At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
- All travelers may be expected to float between facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission, as post-offer RTO requests may be denied
- Minimal RTO is preferred for this position
