Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a day shift ICU Stepdown Unit position requiring at least 1 year of stepdown experience and current ACLS and NIHSS certifications.
Details
- 12-bed ICU Stepdown Unit in a hospital setting
- Medical Surgical Acute unit environment
- Day shift schedule: 07:00–19:00
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active RN license in Kansas (KS) or a compact state
- Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Current ACLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Current NIHSS certification
- Current DCI/BVP (De-escalation/Workplace Violence Prevention) certification — can be completed via Relias, Healthcare Staffing Hire, or free CDC resource
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ICU stepdown or similar specialty
- DOB and SSN required for consideration
- EMR experience required — specific system will be confirmed prior to submission
