Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position in Alabama, requiring a valid AL or Compact RN license and proficiency in cardiac drip management.
Details
- Hospital-based Med/Surg Telemetry unit
- Adult and geriatric patient population
- Patient ratios of up to 1:6-7
- Must be proficient in cardiac drips including Cardizem, Tridil, and Amiodarone
- Day shift schedule: 3x12 or 4x12 hours (7:00–19:30) based on traveler preference
- Block scheduling available
Requirements
- Active AL RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
- Current certifications: BLS and ACLS
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
- Proficiency with cardiac drip administration (Cardizem, Tridil, Amiodarone)
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
