Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist with at least 1 year of experience in EP and Cardiac Cath Lab procedures for a 13-week travel contract at a short-term acute care hospital.

Details

• Work in a short-term acute care hospital with 223 staffed beds
• 4-room EP and Cardiac Cath / IR lab environment
• EP cases performed one day per week, with Cath/IR cases the remaining three days per week; EP duties are expected to expand as the EP program grows
• Cerner EMR preferred
• 4x10 hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• No weekend shifts required
• No on-call requirement
• No floating outside of assigned unit

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in both Diagnostic Cardiac Cath Lab and EP Lab settings
• EP procedural experience required
• Cardiac Cath Lab procedural experience required
• Must be EP trained
• COVID-19 vaccination required; medical and religious exemptions accepted
• License required if applicable
• Pending licenses are not accepted

Additional Information

• Perform EP procedures as well as Cardiac Cath and IR cases depending on daily scheduling
• Royal blue scrubs required
• Parking is included at no cost
• First-time travelers are not eligible for this position
• Local candidates are accepted
• No RTO is permitted during the contract; RTO requests may be discussed during the interview process if applicable
