Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Oncology Unit position in Wichita, KS, requiring a KS or compact RN license and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Details

• Night shift position with hours from 19:00–07:30
• 13-week travel contract
• Work in a hospital oncology unit
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating may be required to like units on the same campus or another campus within Wichita
• EMR: Cerner OneChart

Requirements

• Active RN license in Kansas (KS) or a compact state license currently in hand
• Current BLS certification (AHA accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
• Full Social Security Number and Date of Birth required for consideration
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
• Copy of certifications and license verification/Nursys required for consideration

Additional Information

• Ceil blue scrubs required
• NIH Certification required (Group A updated yearly; Groups B–F updated every 2 years)
• MOAB De-Escalation Training required
• Nursys verification must be completed within 30 days prior to start
• Local candidates are accepted; however, candidates residing within the facility's radius may be eligible for a reduced pay rate only
• All travelers must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address (no international addresses accepted)
