Description
American Traveler is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer for a 13-week travel contract, working 12-hour day shifts Friday through Sunday in a radiology/ultrasound department with a high volume of vascular studies.

- Radiology/Ultrasound department setting
- Serves all patient age groups
- High volume of vascular ultrasound studies performed at this location
- Uses Samsung ultrasound machines
- Cerner EMR (experience preferred but not required)
- 12-hour day shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- No on-call required
Requirements
- Current BLS certification
- ARDMS certification required
- NH state license or compact license must be in hand at time of consideration — temporary licenses are not accepted (license required if applicable)
- Minimum of 2 recent professional references from a manager or charge RN (no peers or coworkers)
- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) credential preferred but not required
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Weekly orientation provided
- Former permanent staff may return as a traveler after a minimum 12-month break in service
- Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility may be subject to a local pay rate
- 3 professional references required upon commitment, with 2 from leadership
