Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a PCU/Surgical Stepdown position in Kansas, requiring a KS or compact RN license and the ability to float to any unit.

Details

PCU/Surgical Stepdown unit in a hospital setting
36 hours per week on 12-hour shifts
13-week contract
Every third weekend required (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
No on-call or call responsibilities
May float to any unit within the facility

Requirements

Active KS RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
PCU or surgical stepdown nursing experience required

Additional Information

Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers — no radius requirement
Former permanent employees of this facility must have been separated for at least 90 days before returning as a traveler
Two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine are required, or an approved declination on file
